PROCESSING OF COMPLEX SHAPES
Simultaneous machining occurs when several axes work simultaneously and independently at once. Such a solution provides almost unlimited possibilities as to the ability to make the desired shape of the part. The advantages of 5-axis machining are very often used in the production of injection molds, rotor blades and stamping dies.
Multi-axis machining provides solutions for the creation of optimal tool paths, shorter machining times and, consequently, a lower cost of manufacturing complex parts.
PRODUCTION OF PARTS - FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION
Depending on your needs, we can take care of the entire process of manufacturing a part, from design and creation of documentation through machining, welding, heat improvement, coating application, to delivery of the finished product to the customer. We manufacture products based on both the supplied design and the provided technical documentation. In the case of modernization of equipment, we begin by preparing the documentation, and after agreement with the customer and acceptance of the design, we proceed with the execution of changes.
SURFACE GRINDING
RL CNC’s surface grinding technology guarantees high machining accuracy and a high roughness class of machined surfaces. The machining makes it possible to reduce surface roughness, and also to achieve very high dimensional accuracy.
WELDING OF STRUCTURES
The level of complexity of parts for machines and tools often requires that the connection of independent materials be made through the welding process. Qualified staff and modern equipment we have will meet your requirements. Joining parts made of black steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel or aluminum is no problem at all.
SURFACE FINISHING
The purpose of using vibratory abrasive machining is to provide a high-quality surface finish to manufactured parts. The service will find application both for finished parts by removing sharp edges from them, and for parts undergoing further machining processes by removing surface contaminants.
CLEANING SERVICES - CLEANLINESS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
Ultrasonic washing, compared to mechanical washing, makes it possible to achieve high cleanliness of washed surfaces in a short time. It is a non-invasive method that does not cause damage to delicate surfaces or complex workpiece shapes. Due to its advantages, ultrasonic cleaning is used to clean parts manufactured for the medical industry, food industry or characterized by the requirement of high precision manufacturing.

MEASUREMENT REPORT SERVICES
CMM measurements have a wide range of applications. Complex shapes, creating a 3D model, comparing the measurement with the model, shape and position deviations are not a problem. CMM allows determining the quality capability of machine tools and jigs.
